My tank is under construction from RC concrete. Initially it was for KOI fish, but after looking into several samples of saltwater aquarium, I have decided to go for it. I have problem in choosing the correct glass thickness.
My tank as follows :
Length = 12 feet
Width = 5 feet
Depth = 5 feet.
Only the front glass is required, all others are of RC concrete. 12 inch is below ground, so left another 4 feet above ground for glass front. The frames for the front is of SUS hollow section all around. The tanks was laminated with fibre glass lining and having 2 x 4" bottom drain connected to 5 filtration chambers.
